Product Manager (Retail Technology, Oslo/Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves managing the product lifecycle for digital food ordering solutions and in-store checkout experiences within a global retail organization. The position focuses on enhancing customer experience through innovative product strategies and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management for digital or omnichannel products.
• Familiarity with self-service, ordering, checkout, or POS-integrated solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills in matrixed environments.
• Problem-solving abilities with comfort in ambiguous situations.
• Basic technical knowledge of retail systems (POS, payments, APIs).
• Experience working with UX and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product vision and strategy for food ordering and kiosk experiences based on customer insights.
• Develop and refine the product roadmap across various areas including food and digital engagement.
• Support end-to-end product work from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Conduct customer-centric research to enhance ordering and checkout workflows.
