Job summary

Seeking a proactive and service-oriented Product Support Engineer to provide support and troubleshoot issues related to software products, ensuring high-quality user experiences. This role serves as a vital link between users, product teams, and engineering to resolve issues and enhance solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Support, Technical Support, or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in software applications and systems
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, or integrations is advantageous
• Familiarity with structured support processes and ticketing systems
• Ability to analyze issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Service-minded with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English and Danish
• Relevant education at a minimum Bachelor level

Responsibilities
