Program Management Officer (Fintech, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the launch, scaling, and optimization of a card program within a global fintech organization. The PMO will focus on vendor evaluation, financial planning, lifecycle management, and strategic growth, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program's success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise-level business development with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong network within payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions.
• Ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance issues.
• Resilient and execution-driven with a focus on growth in dynamic settings.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop partnership strategies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for the card program, leading RFP/RFI processes and negotiations.
• Build and maintain financial models, managing end-to-end P&L and forecasting revenues.
• Define growth strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Manage relationships with global card networks, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms.
• Drive program execution, maintain roadmaps, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze competitor offerings.
