Seeking a Program Manager to lead the development of cloud-based retail and CRM applications within an Agile development team. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with experience as a Developer or Solution Architect.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in large-scale international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and analyze requirements for architectural significance.
• Create solution structures that meet diverse requirements.
• Communicate architectural designs clearly to all team members.
• Support developers in realizing architectural plans.
• Verify implementation consistency with agreed architecture and requirements.
• Manage all phases of project delivery to ensure completion on time and within budget.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure services and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure BI services.
• Familiarity with CRM, POS, and ERP platforms.
• Expertise in iterative development and DevOps practices.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is expected.

Tools

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies and SDLC processes.
