About the role

Job summary

The Programme Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations within the Ecosystems team, focusing on the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This position involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective management of all event aspects, sometimes leading project management efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with diverse teams to manage fluctuating deadlines and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support the Senior Programme Manager and Executive Producer in their tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between onsite personnel and departments such as broadcast production and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project deliverables.
  • Document and maintain workflows in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage project documentation and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks for escalation.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture.
  • Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Evaluate event success through feedback collection and KPI reviews.
