Job summary

The role involves managing quality topics within the Material Management Industrialisation Platform, focusing on the integration and industrialization of material management functions. The position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure quality standards and operational needs are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading transformation projects.
• Proven ability to unite cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong expertise in ERP/SAP/IT management, including architecture and master data management.
• Knowledge of quality standards, preferably in the aerospace or warehousing sectors.
• Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the quality strategy within the Material Management Platform.
• Ensure all transformations meet quality standards and operational needs.
• Coordinate internal adaptations to ensure smooth transitions without disrupting core business operations.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align diverse teams towards common goals.
• Manage quality KPIs and define quality processes.

Education
