Project Manager II (Life Sciences, Remote)

Job summary

Seeking a Project Manager II to oversee all phases of project life cycles in the life sciences sector. The role involves managing complex clinical studies and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trials, preferably in a project management capacity within a Clinical Research Site, CRO, or eClinical service provider
• At least 2 years of project management experience on global projects with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data collection and management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with software delivery lifecycle and methodologies
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing project scope, budget, delivery, change control, and reporting
• Oversee large, complex clinical studies and programs
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and communication strategies
• Lead project kick-off meetings and facilitate requirements gathering
• Ensure all team members understand their roles and project requirements
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates
• Deliver presentations at Investigator Meetings and conduct training sessions as needed
• Support business development activities, including bid defense presentations
• Mentor newly hired Project Managers or Associate Project Managers
