Job summary

The role involves managing significant technical projects at a high-tech manufacturing facility, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation. The Project Manager will report directly to the factory manager and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Technical background as a marine engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, production engineer, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to devise innovative solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management and planning for various projects without personnel responsibility.
• Ensure that project solutions are economically and technically sound.
• Collaborate with different departments to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Monitor timelines and financial aspects of individual projects.
• Supervise the factory's 3-5 year investment plan.

Skills

• Proficient in IT with knowledge of SAP.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide projects effectively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage tasks in a structured manner.

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent qualifications in engineering.
