Project Manager (Marketing Communications, Hedehusene)

Job summary

This role involves managing and centralizing marketing communications (MarCom) efforts across Europe within a growing team. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the setup and processes of the MarCom organization in a leading transport and logistics company.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of project management experience in an international B2B environment.
• Understanding of corporate marketing and communication, including governance and campaign execution.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills across various functions and countries.
• A degree in marketing, communication, business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects in alignment with global standards and governance.
• Ensure effective execution of strategic MarCom initiatives across regions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across different countries and global functions.
• Provide regional insights to enhance the relevance of global initiatives.
• Prepare decision materials, presentations, and status updates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.

Skills

• Ability to create structure and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to convey changes and initiatives effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Education

• Degree in marketing, communication, business, project management, or similar is preferred.

Tools
