About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the agile transformation for a global IT operations team, focusing on implementing and adapting agile methodologies across various teams and stakeholders. The position emphasizes collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of experience in agile transformations, preferably in large organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing effectiveness in collaboration with the ART leadership team.
  • Act as an agile champion, coach, and leader within the ART.
  • Monitor and resolve impediments, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Facilitate PI planning and other agile activities, including backlog preparation and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in a global context.

Skills

  • Strong operational and transformation experience.
  • Ability to build trustful relationships and work independently.
  • Proficiency in coaching techniques and facilitation tools.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced decision-making.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

  • Agile frameworks and methodologies, facilitation tools.
