Repair Product Manager (Renewable Energy, Aarhus)

Job summary

This role focuses on strategic project management within the Global Repair & Lifecycle department, ensuring efficient repair processes for wind turbine components to support sustainability goals in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related field
• Experience in project management within the wind industry or similar sectors
• Proven skills in business case development and strategic communication
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive insights for business decisions
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMI) is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mid- and long-term strategic project roadmaps
• Create and submit project appraisals aligned with the strategic roadmap
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure value creation in strategic projects
• Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to define project scope and outcomes
• Oversee project implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess financial performance and sustainability gains
