Job summary

This role involves leading the Salesforce implementation journey within a global organization, focusing on enhancing customer relationship management solutions for healthcare needs. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that create business value.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a similar role within a larger corporation.
  • Strong commercial understanding and a technology-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in e-business, IT, digital innovation, marketing/communication, economics, mathematics, or business administration is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in collaboration with commercial users and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Danish is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate CRM requirements into user stories that provide value to end-users.
  • Prioritize requirements and user stories based on business value for development.
  • Lead initiatives from the roadmap, including new product development and process improvements.
  • Create project plans aligned with agile methodologies and coordinate resource allocation.
  • Ensure user story creation and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams across different locations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and propose solutions to decision-makers.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is a plus.
