Senior Anti-Corruption Manager (Consulting, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading anti-corruption initiatives within a global organization, focusing on compliance with legal standards and enhancing business integrity practices. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in anti-corruption regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in anti-corruption, preferably in an international context
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on anti-corruption laws and reporting requirements
• Support Business Integrity Partners in conducting assessments and due diligence
• Develop and enhance processes and tools for the global anti-corruption program
• Assist in M&A processes with anti-corruption due diligence
• Conduct training for staff on anti-corruption practices
• Apply cultural awareness to improve processes and tools

Skills

• Specialist knowledge of anti-corruption laws and standards
• Strong initiative and ability to adapt to changing legal requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English
