Senior Anti-Corruption Specialist (Consulting, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading anti-corruption initiatives within a global organization, focusing on compliance with legal standards and enhancing business integrity practices. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in anti-corruption regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in anti-corruption, ideally within an international context
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Danish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on anti-corruption laws and reporting requirements
• Support Business Integrity Partners in conducting assessments and due diligence on third parties and projects
• Develop and enhance processes and tools for the global anti-corruption program
• Assist in M&A processes with anti-corruption due diligence
• Conduct training sessions for staff across various levels and departments
• Apply cultural awareness to improve processes and tools related to anti-corruption
