Job summary

The role involves managing complex commercial agreements and strategic customer relationships within a technology-focused environment. The Senior Contract Manager will guide contracts from initial draft to signature, ensuring alignment with business interests while navigating regulatory complexities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the software or technology sector.
• Familiarity with technology-related agreements, including large transactions and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to balance business objectives with legal risks through a practical approach.
• Experience working across different geographies and time zones, with an understanding of global contracting norms.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse pipeline of commercial agreements, adapting to varying stakeholder needs.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial documents, including subscription agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide timely guidance on contracting issues throughout the deal cycle.
• Assess and communicate contractual risks, offering practical solutions to stakeholders.
• Enhance team resources, including playbooks and templates, to streamline contracting processes.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and contract lifecycle management tools; experience with Ironclad is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in remote or asynchronous environments.

Education

• A law degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience is required.
