Job summary

This role involves providing comprehensive legal support in corporate law, particularly in M&A activities, for senior management and various group functions within a global organization focused on renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws or equivalent
• Over 10 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at a listed global company
• Danish legal background
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, capital markets regulations, and M&A transactions
• Proven experience advising senior management and corporate functions
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for global M&A activities
• Advise the Board of Directors and executive management
• Assist key Group functions such as Finance, Treasury, and Tax
• Address capital markets law topics
• Support corporate structuring and re-organizations
• Manage general corporate matters including resolutions and registrations
