• Proficient in analyzing complex issues and communicating solutions clearly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with B2B SaaS partnerships is preferred.
• Demonstrated capabilities in automation and AI.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in developing the Remote Embedded product and aligning it with strategic goals.
• Manage the implementation timeline and operational workflows for partner onboarding.
• Lead project planning, tracking, and completion of tasks throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure partner success.
• Communicate project plans and progress using reporting tools and dashboards.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with partners during implementation.
• Identify project risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Develop strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and meet revenue targets.
• Create and maintain documentation for partner interactions and implementation best practices.
