• Facilitate PI prioritization and collaboration across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Implement principles for optimizing portfolio funding and prioritization.
• Establish metrics and frameworks for measuring strategic and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance for transparent investment decisions through participatory budgeting.
• Align investments with strategic objectives in partnership with business and technology leaders.
• Oversee cross-functional corporate portfolio alignment and governance.
