Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) is required.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and its application.
  • Experience in managing and improving core systems and processes.
  • Proven stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement work placement strategies and transition management plans.
  • Develop business cases for cost savings and operational readiness.
  • Execute transformation roadmaps focusing on standardization, digitization, and automation.
  • Design end-to-end processes and ensure governance.
  • Manage product backlogs and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong process mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stimulate creative ideas and challenge traditional reasoning.
  • Technical acumen with a focus on recent technology trends, including AI.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Accelalpha/IBM, and agile project management tools.
