Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery with strategic customers to identify unmet needs.
• Analyze customer data to find gaps and opportunities for enhancing customer success.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align on product positioning and strategy.
• Build prototypes to validate hypotheses with customers before engineering commits.
• Define and champion innovation initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Maintain the product backlog and align with global product strategy.

Skills

• Ability to prototype and demo applications, producing tangible artifacts.
• Strong influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, as well as AI/ML technologies.
