Senior Product Manager (Renewable Energy, Remote)

Job summary

Lead the development of a major blade platform within the renewable energy sector, focusing on technology, performance, and industrialization. Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative blade solutions while guiding an Agile Release Train.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in blade design, manufacturing, or new product introduction, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from a relevant field.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Systems Engineering is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding of blade engineering, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership experience in project management or team leadership within an industrial or engineering context.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP and act as the Product Manager for a major blade platform, leading a Blade Agile Release Train.
• Define and manage the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize the ART backlog, balancing scope, timelines, and value delivery while ensuring commitments are met.
• Oversee end-to-end product ownership, including new technology development and quality improvements.
• Lead a team of 50–100 engineers without direct authority to achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize customer value and improve ART performance.

Education
