Senior Product Manager (SaaS, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing the Admin experience as a key driver of growth for a SaaS platform. The Product Manager will lead the transition to a self-service model, optimizing the journey from trial to full deployment without sales intervention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically with Admin UIs or B2B management platforms.
• Proven expertise in product-led growth strategies, including trial-to-paid conversion and self-service onboarding.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and remote device management.
• Ability to independently analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect the self-serve funnel to drive annual recurring revenue.
• Identify and eliminate onboarding bottlenecks to improve conversion rates.
• Develop critical infrastructure for enterprise-scale deployments, including SSO and security protocols.
• Establish an analytics framework to predict churn and identify expansion opportunities.
