Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects with strategic impact.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% annually).

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of strategic automation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organizational strategy.
• Develop project governance, business cases, and charters for stakeholder alignment.
• Build integrated project plans using advanced project management tools.
• Motivate high-performing project teams and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, manage critical paths, and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop communication plans for clarity and proactive engagement.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, leading structured problem-solving efforts.
