Senior Project Manager (Pharmaceutical, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading strategic regulatory initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Pharmacovigilance sectors. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment across functions and timely delivery of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or Pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a global or regional context.
• Master’s or PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the RA/QA/PV Strategy, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Drive organizational development initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage project planning, scoping, and risk management.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain communication channels.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective knowledge sharing.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and conduct post-project evaluations.
