Senior Project Manager (Real Estate, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves managing complex commercial office and real estate projects, providing strategic advice during project conception, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial office projects.
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the total project life cycle from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic approaches to meet client objectives.
• Establish success criteria for projects, including time, cost, and performance metrics.
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues throughout the project.
• Develop and oversee project governance, processes, and systems.
• Create detailed project plans and manage resource procurement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Manage change control processes and project finances.
• Facilitate communication between the project team and clients, providing regular updates and reports.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in design, management, or construction within the general construction environment, particularly in office fit-outs.

Education

• Relevant professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture are required.

Tools
