Senior Project Manager (Real Estate, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading property transactions and managing large-scale real estate projects that influence the operations of a global workforce. The position requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across various disciplines.

Qualifications

• Educational background in property management, finance, or law, such as an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on property management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in property transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions from initiation to completion, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Identify and build a network of investors within the real estate industry globally.
• Advise local country managers on lease agreements and coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal advisors and internal directors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and address potential issues proactively.
