Job summary

An experienced project leader is sought to manage complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with a focus on quality improvement across a global organization. This role involves overseeing cross-functional initiatives that align with strategic objectives and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in project or program management within a global setting
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance structures, and Quality Management Systems
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transformation programs across multiple functions and regions, ensuring alignment with senior leaders
• Develop and manage program structures, including governance, milestones, risk management, and reporting
• Focus on change management through stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and adoption activities
• Facilitate decision-making forums and promote collaboration across teams
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and lead mitigation efforts
• Prepare presentations and insights for executive stakeholders
• Mentor project teams and junior project managers for structured execution and development
