Senior Technical Information Specialist (Food Science, Hybrid, Brabrand)

Job summary

This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective documentation and compliance with regulatory and technical standards. The Senior Technical Information Specialist will engage with global sales teams and collaborate with colleagues in Regulatory and Quality to meet customer-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in food science, biological sciences, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality or regulatory roles
• Proficient in managing information and using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as IT platforms like CRM or SAP
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with a structured working style
• Capable of managing multiple documentation tasks and meeting deadlines
• Customer-focused with effective problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Complete customer questionnaires and product-related documentation requests as per defined policies
• Provide first-line support to internal customers regarding request processes and document content, escalating issues as necessary
• Monitor customer demands and expectations to identify needs for additional documentation
• Oversee the periodic review and update of standard and customer-specific documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Address new requirements that deviate from standard policies by escalating to relevant internal teams
• Measure KPIs and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
• Foster strong collaboration across Sales, Regulatory, and Quality teams
• Support documentation requests across multiple product lines
