Senior Technical Project Manager (Marketing Automation, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing and implementing marketing automation projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery. The Technical Project Manager will oversee key client projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and meet specified requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, AEP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in managing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Strong conceptual and technical understanding of data modeling and service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical language.

Responsibilities

• Control the analysis phase of projects.
• Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate resources, including third-party vendors.
• Ensure that team members are free from administrative overhead and that project follow-ups are managed effectively.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, motivating team members in their daily tasks.
