Service Product Manager (Industrial Equipment, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves managing the service product lifecycle for the Food & Pharma service business, focusing on upgrade products in Decanter and High-Speed Separator areas. The position requires collaboration across various departments to ensure service products meet market demands and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business with technical experience, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in product or service management, preferably in industrial equipment or B2B sectors.
• Proven experience in product or service lifecycle management in complex environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the service-product lifecycle strategy to deliver value to customers.
• Build and manage a 3–18-month roadmap for upgrade initiatives and cross-functional requirements.
• Oversee obsolescence planning, cost-structure analysis, and product cost approval.
• Monitor product portfolio performance to meet order-intake, margin, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective market execution and application fit.
