Service Programme Manager (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the execution of a global service roadmap by coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. The Service Programme Manager will play a crucial role in structuring and driving the delivery of various initiatives while maintaining visibility and progress across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering
• Proven experience in program and/or project management
• Experience in consulting companies is a plus
• Background in product management is an asset
• Strong communication skills, particularly in global and cross-functional settings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, planning, and execution of the service roadmap across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Track progress, actions, risks, and dependencies, with timely follow-up and escalation as needed
• Maintain an overview of ongoing initiatives, priorities, and deliverables
• Prepare high-quality management presentations and reports
• Facilitate communication and ensure transparency across teams and regions
• Provide clarity and structure to complex or evolving topics
• Assist the Director of Service Business in daily operational and coordination tasks.
