Qualifications

• Higher vocational education or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Background in service or product development, ideally with agile methodologies
• Proven skills in developing value propositions and commercial models
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of service product offerings
• Translate value propositions into viable commercial models
• Identify gaps and leverage existing capabilities across global teams
• Define customer-centric solutions and establish Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Manage the service product lifecycle from concept to operational rollout
• Create service sales enablement materials and collaborate with customer-facing teams for solution validation
• Ensure stakeholder alignment across functions and regions, leading cross-functional teams
