Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-priority initiatives across multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Support, and Commercial.
• Align team owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria to create clarity.
• Drive follow-through on initiatives, resolve blockers, and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Ensure operational readiness for launches, focusing on execution quality over mere feature completion.

Education

• Background in Strategic Initiatives, Consulting, or Product Operations preferred.
