Job summary

This role involves leading enterprise programs across various corporate functions, focusing on both SAP and non-SAP initiatives to enhance business system interactions. The position requires establishing governance, providing transparency through dashboards, and navigating complex problems to create actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in leading technical programs related to corporate products such as Finance, HR, and Facilities Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions (ERP, Concur, BTP) and non-SAP platforms, with an understanding of system integration in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies across diverse technology stacks and business domains.
  • Experience collaborating with business process owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams and business leaders.
  • Ability to provide clear program reporting and dashboards for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in identifying and addressing program gaps.
  • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and knowledge of finance or HR business processes.
  • Understanding of data migration and enterprise data management, along with relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Change Management).
  • Advanced English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise programs across Finance, HR, Sustainability, and Facilities Management.
  • Establish program governance and facilitate decision-making forums.
  • Create executive dashboards to communicate program progress and risks.
  • Break down complex problems into executable plans.
  • Identify dependencies and risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Establish program standards and adapt delivery practices.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
