Job summary

Seeking a Technical Trainer to provide training on Salmon Filleting Machines, focusing on both colleagues and customers. The role involves assessing training needs, developing programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training.
  • Background in the food industry with knowledge of Salmon filleting machines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs and design programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and deliver global technical training and certification programs.
  • Create engaging instructional materials and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling and instructor selection.
  • Stay informed on developments in food processing and assist in customer training negotiations.
  • Support other technical roles outside of training activities.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.

Education

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Tools
