About the role

Job summary

This role is essential in maintaining a secure and positive environment within a rapidly growing digital hospitality platform. The Trust & Safety Specialist will be responsible for investigating incidents, responding to urgent safety concerns, and collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, risk management, or customer support roles.
  • Proven track record in conducting investigations and managing high-priority incidents.
  • Strong skills in incident response coordination and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, emphasizing clarity and empathy.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Experience with de-escalation techniques in sensitive scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in hospitality or dynamic operational environments is advantageous.
