Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales position with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to learn GAP Selling principles and advanced sales techniques.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, capable of managing complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or fintech sales is advantageous.
  • Openness to coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
