This role involves leading and expanding the Captive Reinsurance segment within a prominent global insurance and risk management firm. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking sector.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships within the Captive community.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for business development.
• Consultancy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work from key hubs including London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Captive Reinsurance strategy across the EMEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Captive community.
• Drive business growth and meet organizational goals.
