Job summary

This role focuses on driving growth opportunities in the biopharmaceutical sector, primarily in Denmark and Iceland. The Sales Specialist will establish and nurture partnerships with clients in the biopharma industry, positioning the company as a key supplier for various manufacturing processes including vaccines and gene therapy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows.
  • Familiarity with GMP, regulatory standards, and quality requirements for excipients.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and expanding territory sales.
  • Proficient in office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Full Driver’s License.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to increase market share.
  • Promote single-use systems and chemicals used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including scientists and procurement teams.
  • Conduct technical presentations and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
