Job summary

The role involves driving sales growth in the biopharmaceutical sector, focusing on Denmark and Iceland. The Sales Specialist will establish and nurture partnerships with clients, leveraging a portfolio of biopharma products and services to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical/Genetic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or a related life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and drug formulation workflows.
  • Familiarity with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards; understanding of single-use systems is a plus.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and expanding territory sales.
  • Proficient in office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
  • Full Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to increase market share in the Nordics.
  • Promote single-use systems and chemicals used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including scientists and procurement teams.
  • Conduct technical presentations and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
