About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the operational management and sales enablement of Tax and Law SaaS solutions within a new Centre of Excellence. The position focuses on driving market success and ensuring smooth operations of technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Pre-Sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue for VAT Compliance and e-invoicing products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, building in-depth product and industry knowledge.
  • Assist in understanding customer environments and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and support during deal negotiations.
  • Guide clients through technical evaluations and maintain CRM activities for visibility.
  • Represent customer insights to drive innovation within product and support teams.
  • Work with product teams to incorporate market requirements and client feedback.

Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and training teams on product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS integrations, APIs, and secure cloud architectures.

Tools

  • Proficient in CRM software and comfortable with product configuration and data flows.
