Qualifications

  • Native level proficiency in Swedish
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing
  • Experience in closing mid- to enterprise-sized deals

Responsibilities

  • Actively build a sales pipeline through various channels including calls, emails, and social media
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to negotiations and closing
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and demonstrate how the solutions provided add value
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth customer transitions
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns to convert leads into long-term customers

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial acumen
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively
  • Structured approach to sales processes

Education

  • Relevant educational background in business or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools is advantageous.
