Job summary

The role involves managing the complete commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, focusing on renewal success and revenue expansion. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to foster long-term partnerships and drive product adoption across various markets.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B account management or commercial leadership roles, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts with strategic growth objectives.
  • Experience in negotiating large multi-year contracts and enterprise pricing.
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship management abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in forecasting tools and enterprise CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial interactions for a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts, including renewals and expansions.
  • Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value renewals across multiple departments.
  • Identify opportunities for enterprise-wide product expansions and increased license utilization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, emphasizing long-term value.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on pricing and contract approvals.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and growth planning for strategic accounts.

Skills

  • Fluent in English and Danish; proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is preferred.
  • Additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with enterprise-level CRM systems and forecasting tools is essential.
