Job summary

The Account Planner plays a crucial role in driving commercial objectives by serving as a key link between sales, customers, and internal teams. This position focuses on ensuring effective coordination, planning, and decision-making to enhance key account performance and support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills to analyze sales data, pricing files, and campaign performance.
  • Excellent coordination and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Proficient in systems and technology, particularly SAP.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and quality focus in updating lists and campaign files.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative, comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Sales Support or Customer Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update campaign lists and files, including the ACTPM file and KAM files.
  • Handle price errors, adjust discounts, and verify campaign prices.
  • Coordinate sample orders and manage customer-specific VI Sheets.
  • Support sales representatives by updating necessary sales tools and handling inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks, including quality assurance of TMI files and finance-related communications.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Education

  • Relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably within FMCG.

Tools

  • SAP, ACTPM, and various sales support tools.
