Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in consumer-facing or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong grasp of the Go-to-Market process from strategy development to execution.
  • Experience in building and integrating membership programs across various channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, international environments.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market leaders to create global campaigns based on consumer insights.
  • Develop marketing plans for adult products, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Implement shopper marketing strategies and coordinate omnichannel elements for a seamless consumer experience.
  • Integrate membership programs into campaigns to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer research to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Analytical mindset for performance tracking and insights application.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
