Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS sector, particularly in database, data analytics, or Dev Tooling companies.
  • Proven success in generating pipeline and enhancing brand visibility through events.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale, multi-location events.
  • Analytical abilities to assess campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, managing ambiguity and changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel over 40% within the EMEA region as needed.
