Job summary

This role involves supporting sustainability initiatives and consumer intelligence within the Nordic coffee markets. The position is ideal for a student eager to apply analytical skills in a meaningful context while collaborating with various stakeholders across the region.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program in marketing, communications, business, economics, sustainability, or a related field, with at least two years remaining in studies.
  • Detail-oriented and structured, with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of storytelling.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and curious about performance drivers.
  • Passionate about sustainability and motivated to contribute to impactful initiatives.
  • Interest in coffee and willingness to learn more about the industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with proficiency in English.

Additional Information

  • Assist with various sustainability-related projects and engagement activities.
  • Develop and update communication materials and presentations.
  • Continuously review and update data and trackers.
  • Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and enhance tools and dashboards for data accessibility.
  • Support brand managers with data-driven reports to improve business performance.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.
  • Flexible working hours, approximately 15 hours per week, to accommodate studies.
