Student Assistant, Creative & Design Operations (Retail, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position offers an opportunity for a student to assist in the Store Creative & Design Operations team, focusing on enhancing brand environments and customer experiences within a retail setting. The role is designed for personal and professional growth in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quarterly updates of packaging, displays, and point-of-sale materials to ensure relevance and visual appeal.
• Assist in the introduction of new products and the discontinuation of old items, including pricing and communication.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Global Supply Chain to address ad-hoc issues and improve processes.
• Collect and analyze feedback on global campaign execution.
• Support the sampling and ordering process, and create implementation guidelines for various markets.
• Conduct analyses and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Manage smaller projects within the Strategy & Operations area.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Store Creative & Design.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with two years remaining, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
• Capable of working independently.
• Available for approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around exams.
