About the role

Job summary

The AI Agent Manager is tasked with the identification, design, construction, and deployment of AI and automation agents within the sales and revenue operations domain. This senior individual contributor role aims to enhance sales productivity, improve pipeline quality, and minimize manual tasks in quoting, proposal generation, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation platforms are advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience in deploying AI tools and workflow automation in a B2B sales context.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI agent deployment in sales functions.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows, managing the entire lifecycle from prototype to production.
  • Enhance sales productivity by integrating AI agents into daily activities and measuring improvements.
  • Facilitate adoption through training, workshops, and playbook creation, while tracking adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure AI agents operate on reliable data and define integration points with existing systems.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for deployed agents, reporting outcomes to leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and IT to align deployments with organizational standards.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements and conduct experiments to innovate processes.
  • Maintain documentation for all deployed agents and build a library of reusable patterns.
  • Evaluate AI tools and platforms, providing recommendations for commercial use cases.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Practical experience with automation platforms and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of sales processes including pipeline management and customer communications.
  • Data analysis and KPI design capabilities.
  • Effective change management skills to drive adoption without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to commercial teams.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Anthropic’s Claude platform, including user provisioning and workspace configuration.
  • Experience with Claude Cowork mode for desktop automation and custom plugin development.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code CLI for agentic coding workflows and integration with enterprise data sources.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for Claude models and knowledge of the Anthropic API.
