Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI & Automation Specialist who is passionate about developing and implementing solutions to enhance business efficiency and intelligence. This role is integral to leveraging technology to improve customer journeys, workflows, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Background in coordinating or participating in IT or digitalization projects.
  • Structured and collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business colleagues.
  • Educational background in IT, digitalization, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and implementation of automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate, AI, etc.).
  • Coordinate smaller projects and ensure progress in collaboration with colleagues and external vendors.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and follow-up on benefit realization.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions.
  • Gather input from the business and translate needs into proposals for new automations.
  • Contribute to common standards and best practices for automation.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data processing, reporting, or process optimization is advantageous.
  • Interest in working with new technologies and experimenting with AI solutions.

Education

  • Relevant educational qualifications in IT, digitalization, or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and other similar technologies.
